The ability of Navy watch-standers to gather information on thousands of vessels , and share that information with others in real time is a critical requirement of DARPA's FastC²AP program. This complex, web-based program needed an in-depth training component.

In support of FastC²AP PSE:

• Created operationally-based training: briefs, quick reference guides, and multi-media products
• Performed knowledge engineering with users at U.S. Navy Command Sixth Fleet to provide recommendations for system capabilities
• Conducted operational assessments of installed systems
• Provided HCI feedback
• Developed user CONOPs
