AMSEC LLC provides naval architecture and marine engineering, electronic systems engineering, vessel system assessments, maintenance engineering and program development, shipyard industrial engineering, and complete logistics services, from technical manual development to provisioning documents, spare parts management and training. AMSEC currently has some 5000 employees in 30 offices nationwide, providing direct support in all Navy homeport concentrations and technical centers. AMSEC LLC subsidiary, EMA Inc., provides engineering, management , financial and logistics support for Department of Defense (DOD) programs including aircraft carrier air traffic control and landing systems, tactical aircrew combat training systems, shipboard data link, computer security, and command, control, communications, computers and intelligence systems.

Last 3 Years of Service Experience
PSE has performed multiple human factors and human-system integration projects for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command and the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific. In addition we have developed models and prototypes for user interfaced designs in command and control and communications systems in the design process and under advanced development. This includes design guidelines.

Description of PSE's Quality Assurance Program
PSE maintains full development quality control and assurance on all products and engineering services. Project personnel are fully qualified prior to assignment, and products receive full expert and management review at all stages from initial design to final prototype delivery. Technical reports also are reviewed at each stage of preparation by a team of experts and given final approval by management before submission to client. All data are fully examined for authenticity and validity by the same team and given a final review by corporate.
Quality standards and guidelines are maintained from the following professional sources: (a) IEEE Systems, Man and Cybernetics, (b) Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, (c) Board of Certification of Professional Ergonomics, (d) MIL-HDBK-759C, MIL HDBK-46855A, and MIL-STD-1472E.
