Every human-machine interface operates within a larger, more complex system. We have a long history of bringing the “bigger picture” – the process, the workflow, the task flow – to the design and development of products for end-users. This element can often be overlooked because it’s difficult and can be time consuming; we don’t shy away from these challenges. We find value in understanding and considering the background in which any tool, interface or system will be used.
