Training for a Military Decision Support System
PSE assessed the training needs and conditions of use for a new Military Decision Support System.
The Approach
Based on our analysis, we then created an online multimedia training package.
The Solution
PSE's multimedia training package featured immediate learner feedback and a problem-immersion technique to depict realistic scenarios.
It also included extensive practice and problem solving sessions that enabled operators to acquire and test their new skills on task analogs.
Benefits
The training package was a time and cost effective way for learners to gain needed skills and knowledge for using the TADMUS decision support system.
